煮込み野菜スープとオムレツ　独り言英語フレーズ ＠クッキング②

Ingredients
(材料)

Potato, carrot, onion, cabbage, sausage, consommes, Salt, Pepper
(ジャガイモ、人参、キャベツ、ソーセージ、コンソメ、塩、コショウ)

I wash vegetables.
(お野菜を洗う)

I drain the water away.
(水を切る)

I peel potatoes, onions and carrots.
(ジャガイモ、タマネギとニンジンの皮をむく)

I cut the potatoes into cubes.
(ジャガイモをさいの目に切る)

I cut carrots into half moons.
(ニンジンを半月切りにする)

I cut sausages.
(ソーセージを切る)

I tear some leaves of a cabbage into bite sized pieces.
(キャベツをひと口大にちぎる)

I put the potatoes, carrots, cabbages and sausages into the pot.
(ジャガイモ、人参、キャベツそしてソーセージをお鍋に入れる)

I pour the water into the pot.
(お鍋に水を注ぐ)

I cover the pot.
(お鍋に蓋をする)

I light the stove.
(コンロに火を点ける)

I wait until the water is boiling.
(お湯が煮立つまで待つ)

It usually takes about 15 minutes.
(およそ15分程かかる)

I turn the heat down a bit.
(少し火を弱めて)

I add consommes.
(コンソメを加える)

I simmer until the potatoes and carrots are soft.
(ジャガイモや人参が柔らかくなる迄とろ火でトロトロ煮込む)

Sometimes I stir it with the spoon.
(時々スプーンでかき混ぜる)

I crack eggs into the bowl.
(卵を割ってボールに入れる)

I mix (または beat) them well with whisp.
(泡立て器でよく混ぜる)

I put a flying pan on the stove.
(コンロにフライパンを置いて)

I light the stove.
(コンロに火を点ける)

I put some butter in the flying pan.
(バターを適量加える)

I spread the butter.
(バターをのばして)

I put the eggs in the flying pan.
(卵をフライパンに入れる)

I cook the eggs over low heat.
(弱火で卵を焼く)

I shape the omelet.
(オムレツの形を整えて)

I take the omelet from the pan.
(フライパンからオムレツを取り出す)

I serve the vegetables soup and the omelet.
(野菜スープとオムレツを盛る)

I put ketchup on the omelet.
(オムレツにケチャップをかける)

I cover the vegetables soup with a plastic wrap.
(野菜スープをラップで包む)

I heat it in a microwave.
(電子レンジで温める)
